I thought they would at least consider the time spent waiting for the item! I am not a happy customer. I told them it was not fair seeing i had to wait 3 month to receive it! When I finally receive the item it was not what i was expecting too thin and not the Robe quality ! All i got was I'm sorry and we can refund you 10%! It was a $53.80 purchase and all they were willing to refund was $4.80. When I contacted them, they said that my first order was lost or stolen during shipping. Every time I checked the status, it said item not shipped. My order was placed in October of 2021 and I did not receive it until January of 2022. This was my 1st time ordering from this company (glittershe/Stylesco.ltd).
